ViewMe Global Wallet Agreement

1. Introduction This Wallet Module Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which users ("Users") can utilize the wallet ("Wallet") functionality on the Viewme Global platform ("Platform").

2. Wallet Functions

Transferring Funds:
- Users can transfer funds to other Users' wallets. All transfers must comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Transactions exceeding predetermined thresholds may require additional verification.
Withdrawing Funds:
- Users can withdraw funds from their Wallet to their bank accounts or other approved payment methods. Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 business days, subject to verification and any holds for suspicious activities.
Funding the Wallet:
- Users can fund their Wallet using credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

3. Monetization and Deposits

Affiliate Earnings:
- Commissions from affiliate marketing activities are credited directly to the User's Wallet.
Marketplace Sales:
- Proceeds from sales made through the Viewme marketplace will be automatically deposited into the seller's Wallet after the transaction is completed and any return period has passed.
Tips and Donations:
- Any tips or donations received via the Platform will be added to the recipient's Wallet.
Platform Points:
- Points earned through various activities on the Platform can be converted into Wallet funds at a rate determined by Viewme.

4. Penalties and Exploitation

Penalties for Misuse:
- Excessive Transactions: If a User engages in excessive transactions (e.g., rapid fund transfers to evade tracking), Viewme may impose a temporary or permanent suspension of Wallet services and impose a fee of up to 10% of the transaction value involved.
- Non-Delivery of Goods/Services: Failure to deliver goods or services after receiving payment via the Wallet may lead to penalties, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Exploitation:
- Tampering: Any attempt to tamper with, hack, or exploit the Wallet system will result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and potential criminal charges. Viewme reserves the right to recover any losses incurred due to such exploitation from the User's wallet or through legal means.
- Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in or facilitating fraudulent activities like fake purchases, refund scams, or unauthorized transactions will lead to account closure, legal action, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

5. Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Wallet access credentials. Viewme will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to User negligence.

6. Compliance with Laws

Users must adhere to all applicable laws when using the Wallet, including those related to electronic funds transfers, consumer protection, and data privacy. Misuse in violation of these laws may result in legal action or penalties.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Wallet transactions will first be attempted to be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings as per the general terms of service of Viewme Global.

8. Amendments

Viewme reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Users will be notified of changes via email or through the Platform, and continued use of the Wallet services following such notification signifies acceptance of these changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Los Angeles, CA and the United States Of America Legal Justice system, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Acceptance

By using the Wallet functionality, Users agree to be bound by this Agreement.
