Please read these carefully as they apply to all content posted, shared, or communicated on our platform.

ViewMe Global ("ViewMe," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all users of our platform. These Community Guidelines outline the standards for media & imagery content on public personal profiles. We aim to balance creative expression, educational content, and community safety while adhering to legal and ethical standards. By using ViewMe Global, you agree to comply with these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

General Conduct

1. Respect and Inclusivity
   • Treat all users with respect, regardless of their background, identity, or viewpoint.
   • Absolutely no form of hate speech, including but not limited to racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, or any derogatory language towards any group or individual will be tolerated.
2. Authenticity
   • Be genuine in your interactions. Use your real identity where required, and do not impersonate others or misrepresent who you are.
3. Privacy
   • Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information without consent. This includes addresses, phone numbers, financial information, or any identifiable personal data.

Content Guidelines

4. No Illegal Activities
   • Do not promote, encourage, or engage in any illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to, the sale or distribution of illegal substances, hacking, or any form of cybercrime.
5. No Blood/Gore
   • Content depicting excessive violence, gore, or graphic imagery is not permitted. This includes images or videos that show harm, injury, or death in a way that is meant to shock or disturb.
6. Safe for All Ages
   • Content should be appropriate for all users. Avoid posting explicit or adult content, including nudity or sexual acts, unless clearly marked as NSFW (Not Safe For Work) and within areas designated for such content.
7. Intellectual Property
   • Always credit original creators when sharing content not your own. Do not upload or share content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

8. Relevance
   • Posts should be relevant to the community or topic areas on ViewMe.One. Spam, unrelated content, or content intended solely to drive traffic elsewhere is not allowed.
9. Constructive Engagement
   • Encourage thoughtful discussion. Trolling, spamming, or posting content solely to provoke or inflame others is prohibited.
10. Truthfulness
    • Do not post content that is misleading or deceptive, especially if it has the potential to cause harm (e.g., fake news, conspiracy theories without basis).

Messaging Features

11. Appropriate Use
    • Use messaging for communication that respects all users. Do not send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages with harmful intent.
12. No Harassment
    • Harassment, bullying, or any form of repeated unwanted contact will result in immediate action, including possible account suspension.

Reporting and Moderation

13. Report Violations
    • If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the report feature. Our moderation team will review and take appropriate action.
14. Appeals
    • If you believe your content was removed in error, or your account was unfairly suspended, you can appeal via our support channels.

Consequences of Violations

• Single Violations might result in content removal or a warning.
• Repeated Violations could lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.

NSFW Sexual Content Guidelines

General Policy:

• NSFW Content on Personal Profiles:

  At ViewMe.Global, we respect user expression while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is permitted only under the following conditions:

• - Personal Profiles: NSFW sexual-related content is allowed on personal profiles when posts are set to *Friends Only* or *Only Me*. This ensures visibility is limited to your chosen audience.
• - Public Posts: NSFW content is strictly prohibited in public posts to maintain a respectful community space.
• - Groups: NSFW content is permitted in *created groups* specifically designated for such content, provided group settings align with our policies.Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.
• Posting NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content from individual profiles is set to PUBLIC showing is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, or any form of media that could be considered explicit or adult in nature. This includes nudity, sexual acts, pornographic depictions, genitals or bare breasts.
• Group Authorization: NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is permitted provided it adheres to strict guidelines set by the platform. NSFW content is only permitted within user created 'GROUPS' feature. (read details below)

Group-Based NSFW Content:

• Creation of Groups: Members interested in sharing NSFW sexual-related content must create a group specifically for this purpose.

  • Group Privacy Settings: The group must be set to either "Closed" or "Secret":

    • Closed Groups: Only members can see posts, but anyone can see who's in the group and request to join.
    • Secret Groups: Secret groups are not visible within groups listed field or within seach function of the ViewMe Platform, Only members that are invited by group admins can see the group, its posts, and who's in it.

• Content Sharing: NSFW sexual-related content is only permitted within these private groups. Posting such content elsewhere on the platform will result in disciplinary action.

• Tagging Requirement: All users must clearly tag, categorize, or use hashtags like #NSFW or NSFW, and also select 'Adult Content' button before uploading to the timeline, for any media uploads that include nudity, sexual content, or explicit sexual acts.

Moderation and Consequences:

• Warnings: Users found posting NSFW content outside of the designated group settings will receive up to three warnings:

  • First and Second Offense: A warning will be issued with instructions to remove the content and guidance on where it can be shared appropriately.
  • Third Offense: Account suspension or permanent ban, depending on the severity and intent behind the violations.

Monetization Within NSFW Groups:

• Subscription Packages: Group creators can offer exclusive content through subscription models where members pay a recurring fee for access.
• Tips: Members can tip creators for specific content or performances within the group.
• Flat Rate Priced Posts: Individual posts can be set at a fixed price for one-time access by group members.

Note: While monetization is allowed, all content must still adhere to our platform's terms of service, including respecting copyrights, ensuring consent, and maintaining legal compliance.

Reminder: The privacy settings of your group do not absolve you from the responsibility to ensure all content shared is legal, consensual, and respects the rights of all individuals involved.

ViewMe Global Community Guidelines on Nudity Content

1. Permissible Nudity Content

ViewMe Global allows limited nudity on public personal profiles under specific conditions, provided the content is not presented in a sexual manner or form. Acceptable nudity includes:

• Bare Breasts and Buttocks: Content displaying women’s bare breasts or bare buttocks (for all genders) is permitted, provided it aligns with the purposes outlined below.
• Minimal Genital Display: Minimal visibility of human genitals (for both men and women) is allowed, but only with mandatory visual modifications such as darkened edits, blurring, or pixelation to reduce explicitness. Unmodified genital exposure is strictly prohibited.

Permissible nudity must fall within one of the following contexts:

• Basic Revealing Display: Non-sexual depictions of the human body, such as casual or natural settings.
• Artistic Display: Content created for artistic purposes, including photography, illustrations, or other creative expressions.
• Physical Health Display: Content related to health, wellness, or body positivity, such as medical or anatomical illustrations.
• Physical Exercise Activities: Content depicting exercise or fitness routines where nudity is incidental and non-sexual.
• Scientific and Research Purposes: Content shared for legitimate scientific, medical, or research purposes.
• Sexual Education: Educational content aimed at informing users about human anatomy or sexual health in a non-sexual, professional manner.

All nudity content must adhere to these guidelines and avoid any sexual undertones, explicit poses, or suggestive contexts.

2. Restrictions on Nudity Content

To maintain a safe and respectful community, the following restrictions apply:

• No Sexual Content: Any nudity presented in a sexual, erotic, or suggestive manner is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, provocative poses, sexualized captions, or content intended to arouse.
• Mandatory Genital Modification: Any depiction of human genitals must include darkened edits, blurring, or pixelation to minimize visibility. Unedited or fully visible genitals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• No Underage Nudity: No person under the age of 18, regardless of country of residence or origin, may display or be depicted in any form of nudity on the platform. This includes partial or full nudity, even in non-sexual contexts. Content involving minors in nude or partially nude states will be removed, and the responsible account may face suspension or termination.
• Compliance with Laws: All content must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws regarding nudity and obscenity. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content meets legal standards in their jurisdiction.

3. Enforcement and Consequences

ViewMe Global reserves the right to review and moderate all content uploaded to public personal profiles. Content that violates these guidelines may be removed without notice, and users may face consequences, including but not limited to:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of the offending account.
• Restrictions on posting privileges.
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal content, such as underage nudity or exploitative material.

We encourage users to report content that violates these guidelines using the platform’s reporting tools. ViewMe Global will investigate reports promptly and take appropriate action.

4. User Responsibility

By posting nudity content on your public personal profile, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The content complies with these Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• You have obtained necessary permissions or consents for any individuals depicted in the content.
• The content is not intended to offend, exploit, or harm other users or the community.

ViewMe Global is not responsible for any legal or personal consequences arising from your posted content.

5. Changes to Guidelines

ViewMe Global reserves the right to update or modify these Community Guidelines at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the ViewMe Global website or platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated guidelines.

• No Graphic Content: Please refrain from uploading any media that contains blood, gore, or graphic violence. Our community values respect for all individuals, and such content can be distressing to viewers.
• Drug-Free Zone: We are committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, any media depicting drug consumption, including recreational or illegal substances, is strictly prohibited.
• Protecting Minors: It is vital to ensure the safety and privacy of minors. Absolutely no media featuring underage nudity or content that exploits individuals under the age of 18 is allowed.
• Respectful Expression: While we encourage freedom of expression, all content must be respectful and not incite hatred, discrimination, or harassment.

• Pages on viewme.global allow users to create and manage a dedicated space for businesses, brands, or public figures to share information, updates, and interact with followers.

• Eligibility: Any user can create a Page, but it must represent an entity other than the individual user (like a business, organization, or public persona).
• Purpose: Pages must not be used for personal profiles. They are meant for public or semi-public interaction with an audience.

• Appropriate Use: Pages should be used for content relevant to the entity they represent.
  • Allowed Content: Business updates, product information, events, public announcements, and educational material.
  • Prohibited Content: Personal information irrelevant to the Page's purpose, spam, or content that violates our community standards (including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities).
  • NSFW Content:18+ NSFW content is Prohibited within pages posting or from user-admin pages posting. 18+ NSFW content is only allowed to be posted from Groups Feature

• Options for Monetization:
  • Subscription Packages: Offer exclusive content or perks to subscribers.
  • Tips: Allow followers to directly support your Page through tips.
  • Flat Rate Priced Posts: Charge for access to specific posts or content.

• Public by Default: Pages are visible to anyone on or off the platform unless privacy settings are adjusted.
  • Privacy Settings: You can control visibility of posts or limit who can follow or interact with your Page.

• Compliance: All Pages must comply with our platform's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Violations: Pages found violating these guidelines may receive:
  • Warnings: For minor or first-time offenses, with guidance on correction.
  • Suspension or Deletion: For repeated or severe violations, the Page may be suspended or permanently removed.

• Authenticity: Ensure that the Page accurately represents the entity it claims to be. Misrepresentation can lead to Page removal.
• Engagement: Use Pages to build a community, engage with your audience, and provide value.
• Updates: Regularly update your Page with fresh, relevant content to keep your audience engaged.

  • Secret Groups: Only members know the group exists, see posts, or can join.

  • Prohibited Content: Hate speech, harassment, spam, misinformation, or content that violates our general community standards.
