Guidelines for Posting Videos and Picture Media on ViewMe Global (*Important, Read Carefully)

Welcome to ViewMe Global, the platform where creativity thrives and content creators like you can share their work with a global audience. To maintain a safe and positive environment for everyone, we have established some important rules and guidelines for posting videos and picture media:

• No Graphic Content: Please refrain from uploading any media that contains blood, gore, or graphic violence. Our community values respect for all individuals, and such content can be distressing to viewers.
• Drug-Free Zone: We are committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, any media depicting drug consumption, including recreational or illegal substances, is strictly prohibited.
• Protecting Minors: It is vital to ensure the safety and privacy of minors. Absolutely no media featuring underage nudity or content that exploits individuals under the age of 18 is allowed.
• Respectful Expression: While we encourage freedom of expression, all content must be respectful and not incite hatred, discrimination, or harassment.

NSFW Media Content Policy

• Authorization: NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content is permitted provided it adheres to strict guidelines set by the platform.
• Tagging Requirement: All users must clearly tag, categorize, or use hashtags like #NSFW or NSFW, and also select 'Adult Content' button before uploading to the timeline, for any media uploads that include nudity, sexual content, or explicit sexual acts.
• Enforcement:
  • First and Second Offense: Users who post NSFW content without proper tagging will receive two warnings.
  • Third Offense: A third violation results in a suspension for one week (7 days).
  • Further Misconduct: Should a user continue to disregard NSFW protocols after the suspension, they will face permanent banning.
  • Account Deletion: Accounts of permanently banned users will be deleted 90 days post-ban.
• This policy ensures that all content is appropriately labeled, maintaining a safe and consensual environment for all users.
• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) media content is designated as Exclusive Content. Access to this content is restricted to:
  • Purchased Access: Members who have specifically bought access to the exclusive content.
  • Subscription Tiers: Active subscribers under the ‘Diamond’ or ‘Verified Gems’ Membership tiers.

• Content Filtering: NSFW mode automatically filters out or blurs images, videos, or text that are flagged as containing adult, explicit, or sensitive material based on our content guidelines.
• User Privacy: This setting respects user preferences, ensuring that content is not displayed unless explicitly permitted by the user.

1. Account Requirements:
   • You must have an account with ViewMe Global to adjust NSFW settings. This is to ensure that only users who are legally allowed to view adult content can do so.
2. Steps for iOS Users:
   • Go to your device's Settings.
   • Scroll to find ViewMe Global in the list of apps.
   • Look for an option like Show NSFW Content (18+) and toggle it ON.
   • After toggling, relaunch the app to see the changes take effect.
3. Steps for Android Users:
   • Open the ViewMe Global app.
   • Tap on your profile icon or settings button (usually found in the top right corner).
   • Navigate to Settings or Privacy & Security within the app.
   • Find the toggle for Show NSFW Content and switch it ON.
4. Web Browser:
   • Log into your account on the ViewMe Global website.
   • Click on your username or profile picture at the top right to access User Settings.
   • Go to the Feed Settings or Content Preference section.
   • Enable Adult content by toggling the switch.

• Follow the same steps as above but toggle the NSFW content setting OFF. This will ensure that any potentially explicit content is censored or hidden.

• Age Verification: To view NSFW content, you might be prompted to confirm your age or agree to additional terms stating you are of legal age to view such content.
• Content Control: While we aim to filter content accurately, no system is perfect, and some content might be misclassified. Users are encouraged to report any inaccuracies.
• Safety: When NSFW mode is off, users should be cautious about where they view content, considering the privacy and appropriateness of their environment.

• Your preference for viewing or not viewing NSFW content is stored securely with your account settings. We do not share these preferences with third parties unless required by law.

• Like all features, our NSFW mode might receive updates. We'll inform users of significant changes through in-app notifications or updates to our privacy policy.

Consequences of Violating Guidelines

• Suspension: Users found to be in violation of these guidelines may face temporary suspension of their account, during which they will be unable to upload content or interact with the community.
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations can lead to a permanent ban from ViewMe. This includes the removal of all previously uploaded content and termination of account access.
