2. Earning Points

3. Using Points

Exclusive access to events or content.

Conversion to Wallet funds at a pre-determined rate.

Gifts or merchandise offered by ViewGems or its partners.

Conversion: The conversion rate from Points to tangible benefits or Wallet funds will be set by ViewGems and subject to change with notice to Users.
4. Points Management

Balance: Users can check their Points balance in their account dashboard.

Points Expiration: Points might have an expiration date, which will be communicated in advance. Typically, Points expire after 12 months of inactivity unless otherwise stated.

Transfer: Points are generally non-transferable between Users, unless ViewGems introduces specific campaigns or features allowing this.
5. Limitations and Restrictions

Fair Use: Points must be earned through legitimate use of the platform. Any attempt to manipulate Points through fraudulent means (e.g., bot activity, multiple account creation) will result in forfeiture of Points and potential account suspension.

6. Disputes and Appeals

7. Changes to Points System

Updates: ViewGems reserves the right to modify the Points system, including how Points are earned, redeemed, or valued. Such changes will be announced, and continued use of the platform post-announcement implies acceptance.
8. Termination

Account Closure: Upon account termination by the User or ViewGems, any unexpired Points will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in the termination terms.
9. Liability

Disclaimer: ViewGems is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Points. Points have no cash value outside the platform unless converted to Wallet funds as per the terms.
10. Governing Law

This Points Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ViewGems is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Acceptance
By engaging in activities that earn Points on ViewGems, Users agree to these terms. Non-compliance with these guidelines can lead to the forfeiture of Points or other penalties.
