ViewMe Global Bonuses Program Terms and Conditions

ViewMe Global ("ViewMe," "we," "us," or "our") offers a Bonuses Program ("Program") to incentivize user engagement through specific tasks and activities on the ViewMe Global Marketplace platform. By participating in the Program, all participants ("Participants," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before participating. ViewMe Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the ViewMe Global website or platform.

1. Program Overview

The ViewMe Global Bonuses Program allows eligible Participants to complete designated tasks ("Bonus Tasks") to earn monetary rewards, credits, or other prizes ("Bonuses"). Bonus Tasks and their associated rewards are determined solely by ViewMe Global and may include, but are not limited to, activities such as referring new users, completing profile setups, or engaging with specific marketplace features. The availability, type, and value of Bonuses are subject to change at ViewMe Global’s sole discretion.

2. Eligibility and Participation

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be a registered user of the ViewMe Global with an active, valid profile in good standing.
• Comply with all eligibility requirements and instructions provided for each Bonus Task, as outlined on the ViewMe Global platform or in related communications.
• Submit verifiable proof of task completion, including but not limited to screenshots, as required at the time of redemption. Screenshots must clearly demonstrate compliance with all task requirements.

Failure to follow all eligibility instructions or provide required documentation will result in disqualification from the specific Bonus Task and forfeiture of any associated Bonus.

3. One-Time Completion and Redemption

• Single Completion: Each Bonus Task may be completed by a Participant only once. Attempts to complete the same Bonus Task multiple times will be considered a violation of these Terms.
• Single Redemption: Each Bonus may be redeemed only once per Participant, per Bonus Task. Multiple redemption attempts are strictly prohibited.
• Participants are limited to one account per individual. The creation or use of multiple accounts to participate in the Program is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all Bonuses.

4. Prohibition on Fraudulent Activity

ViewMe Global maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with the Program. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Submitting false, manipulated, or misleading information or screenshots to claim a Bonus.
• Engaging in deceptive practices, such as creating fake accounts or referrals, to complete Bonus Tasks.
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or bypass Program rules or systems.

Any Participant found to have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity will:

• Automatically forfeit eligibility for the specific Bonus Task and any associated Bonus.
• Be subject to additional consequences, including but not limited to account suspension, termination, or legal action, at ViewMe Global’s sole discretion.

ViewMe Global reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud and to withhold Bonuses pending verification of compliance with these Terms.

5. Bonus Availability and Changes

• New Bonuses: ViewMe Global may introduce new Bonus Tasks or modify existing ones on a monthly basis or at other intervals, as determined by ViewMe Global. New Bonus Tasks will be announced on the platform or through official communications.
• Changes to Bonuses: The amount, type, or value of Bonuses (e.g., monetary rewards, credits, or other prizes) is subject to change at any time without prior notice. ViewMe Global is not obligated to maintain specific Bonus amounts or prize types.
• Participants acknowledge and agree that ViewMe Global may, at its sole discretion, alter, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus Task or the entire Program without liability.

6. Redemption Process

To redeem a Bonus, Participants must:

• Complete the Bonus Task in accordance with all specified instructions.
• Submit required documentation (e.g., screenshots) through the designated redemption process on the ViewMe Global platform.
• Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within any applicable deadlines.

ViewMe Global will review submissions for compliance and reserves the right to approve or deny redemption requests at its sole discretion. Approved Bonuses will be credited to the Participant’s ViewMe Global account or disbursed via the designated payment method, subject to any applicable terms of service or payment policies.

7. Agreement to Terms

By participating in the ViewMe Global Bonuses Program, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Participation constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and you agree to comply with all Program rules and eligibility requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

ViewMe Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to any loss of Bonuses due to technical issues, disqualification, or Program changes. All Bonuses are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to the Program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and Participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
